ABOUT JUSTIN VREELAND BAND:Justin and his band will be bringing the “rock” to Rock and Soul. For the past year, Justin has been playing in and around Savannah to ever growing acclaim. Best described as a “power trio”, his band’s energized sets of blues-soaked, rocking tunes have elevated Justin from playing on the streets to playing larger gigs such as the 2023 Tybee Post Music Festival.
ABOUT STAN RAY'S SOUL SATISFACTION:
Who better to bring the “soul” than Stan Ray, Savannah’s one and only “Mr. Soul”. Stan is a natural showman with a stage presence that is truly unique. You may remember him as the sweet singing drummer of the local favorite, The Accomplices Band. For this show, Stan is bringing an all-star band to the Tybee Post Theater by the horns; horn section that is. In addition to the horns, the band features such well-known area musicians as Ben Keiser (Connect Savannah’s Best Blues Guitarist – 2024), Ryan & Patti Kelly (Patti and the Mild-Mannered Men), Jared Hall (Velvet Caravan) and Chris Fullerton (Anders Thomsen Trio) among others.
