The 12th Annual ROC7K Trail Run is Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025! Join us at Cosmo Park’s Rhett’s Run for this 7K (4.3 mile) trail run where runners will take in the scenic twists, turns, hills, and challenging fun of the single-track course. The race starts and finishes at Antimi Shelter. All participants will receive a long-sleeved, performance fabric ROC7K shirt (please register before Jan. 10 to be guaranteed your preferred shirt size) and a post-race snack. The race is chip-timed and unique, handcrafted awards are given to the overall top male and female finishers as well as the top 3 males and females in each age group (19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over).$35 advance registration is required. Registration closes at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 24, 2025. There will be no race day registration.

7:45-8:50 a.m.: Packet pick-up and Race Day Registration at Antimi Shelter

9:30 a.m.: Post-race food available
10:15 a.m.: Awards
