RoboRise Team Challenge Camp
Welcome to FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Team Challenge for Gr. 4-8, an exhilarating program designed for students in grades 4-8! Our course combines the excitement of robotics with the exploration of real-world challenges, empowering participants to unleash their creativity and problem-solving skills in the realm of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
In this dynamic course, students will dive deep into the world of robotics and coding using the LEGO Education SPIKE Prime sets. Guided by certified and experienced teacher, Janessa from Calgary STEM School, participants will embark on a series of engaging challenges that push the boundaries of their technical skills and strategic thinking.
Throughout the program, students will collaborate in teams to design, build, and program autonomous robots capable of completing missions on themed playing fields. They will also conduct research on real-world problems related to the annual FLL Challenge theme, proposing innovative solutions that address these issues.
Moreover, our course emphasizes the core values of FIRST, including teamwork, cooperation, and gracious professionalism, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every participant can thrive.
