Robin Hood Half Marathons

Take on 13.1 Miles through some of the city’s most picturesque places.

Robin Hood Mini Marathon

Run or walk the 1.5 mile (2.5km) route in a fun community focused race with parents, friends, siblings, teachers or anyone else that you can persuade. The route largely follows the beautiful River Trent and finishes in front of huge crowds in the race village.

Robin Hood Half Marathon:

Registration fee: £25

Sponsorship target: £250

Min age: 17 on race day.

Robin Hood Mini Marathon:

Registration fee: Free

Sponsorship target: £50

Min age: Participants need to be 4 years of age on race day (any child aged 10 or under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who must also enter the race via the entry system – failure to do so may cancel the child's entry).

Running for Maggie's

Running for Maggie's we will support you every step of the way and help you cross the finish line. Here is some of the support you will receive:

• a high performance running vest
• a visit round your local Maggie's centre
• one of the loudest cheer points on the route cheering you on
• continued support with your training and fundraising

How your fundraising will help:

• £140 supports our exercise classes to help build and maintain strength and confidence whilst living with Cancer.
• £50 means someone just diagnosed with cancer can receive immediate advice and support from a Cancer Support Specialist.
• £40 could help someone diagnosed with cancer focus on their treatment and less on the struggle of supporting their family with our expert benefits advisors.
