We are excited to announce a big special event coming to the shop on November 9th as we will be hosting a special Meet & Greet with the super talented Robbie Rist!! While it is true many comic fans will recognize Robbie as the voice of Michelangelo for the first three live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle feature films he has a long and storied history entertaining us both on the screen and behind the microphone since the 1970s! One of his most famous roles was playing Cousin Oliver on The Brady Bunch TV series but Robbie has also appeared on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Battlestar Gallactica, CHiPs, The Love Boat, Knight Rider, and starred in the Saturday morning series Big John, Little John, and Kidd Video.
He's also provided the voices for numerous characters in television shows and movies, including Michelangelo from the 1990 film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as well as characters on Batman, The Animated Series; Naruto; Transformers, Sonic Boom (Sonic the Hedgehog series); Valerian, and was the voice of Stuffy on Disney's Doc McStuffins.
In addition, Robbie and director Anthony C. Ferrante provided the theme song and additional music for the Sharknado film franchise, which Robbie also appeared in as the school bus driver.
