This is for vendors to apply. READ THIS CAREFULLY:
1. NO REFUNDS
2. THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TENT TABLE AND CHAIRS. IF YOU ARE LOCATED INSIDE THE CASTLE, PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OF THE ROOMS VARY IN SIZE. IF THERE ARE MORE THAN ONE SPOT AVAILABLE FOR A ROOM AND YOU WANT TO BE ALONE IN THAT ROOM YOU MUST PURCHASE BOTH SPOTS. EVERY VENDOR WILL HAVE A SPACE WHERE THEY CAN SET UP ONE 6 FOOT TABLE WITH 1 CHAIR. SPACE INSIDE IS EXTREMELY LIMITED.
3. UPON BOOKING YOU WILL BE EMAILED YOUR VENDOR CONTRACT.
4. SET UP IS BETWEEN 7 AM AND 9 AM. TEAR DOWN WILL BE AT 6 PM.
5. AFTER BOOKING PLEASE SEND YOUR LOGO TO [email protected] TO BE ADDED TO THE EVENT BANNER AND DESCRIPTION.
6. FOOD TRUCK VENDORS/ ALCOHOL VENDORS MUST SELECT THE OPTION FOR FOOD TRUCK. SCROLL DOWN THE LIST OF TICKET OPTIONS ON THE VENDOR TICKETING SITE AND SELECT "FOOD TRUCK" OR "ALCOHOL" VENDOR. YOU MUST ALSO HAVE A GENERATOR IF YOU REQUIRE ONE IN LORDER TO OPERATE.

Come one, come all to the first EVER Wilson Castle ParCon! This 3-day event is a celebration of all things Halloween with a hint of royalty and a hue of Gatsby style.
On Friday, join The Haunted Mafia at the Castle for a very special VIP paranormal investigation. Our featured guests will be roaming the castle showcasing unique investigative techniques and mediumship abilities combining over 75 years of paranormal experience. Dave Juliano, Ghost Detectives (Sci-Fi Channel), David Childers, Haunted Hospitals (A&E/Travel Channel), David Taylor & Kristi Grissom (Our Haunted Lives, PARAflixx), Laurissa Mary, psychic medium, (Dark Echoes (Amazon Prime), Warren Legacy Foundation, Third Eye Events), Matthew Ryan Kondraki (Producer) and the cast and crew of Dark Echoes Paranormal TV (Amazon Prime), will be joining a select group of VIP guests for a hunt at the castle. These tours are extremely limited.
On Saturday night join special guests as they Halloween at Wilson Castle with the Roaring 20’s Masquerade Ball. Enjoy catered food, a live band, a date auction, seances and costume contests! The Haunted Mafia invites you to come dressed to the nines in your best Roaring 20’s ensembles to dance the night away! Sip on Gatsby cocktails amongst the ambiance of autumn in Vermont at this luxurious castle. Special guests will be announced throughout the year as we build a list fit for kings and queens to mark this historical event.
Sunday we celebrate the First Inaugural Wilson Castle ParaCon. Speakers and special guests begin at 10 AM sharp, set up in and around the castle. Enjoy tattoos by The Haunted Mafia’s official sponsor Mama Tab’s! Shop vendors from around the country ranging from chocolate and gourmet meats and cheeses to luxury perfumes and handbags. Enjoy cocktails from select vendors serving wine, beer and distillates. Unique oddities of paranormal and horror Halloween themes abound as you close out an epic October weekend celebrating the restoration of a premier piece of vermont’s history; the one and only Wilson Castle.
A portion of the proceeds for this event go to finishing the restoration of this historical masterpiece, owned by Heiress Denise Davine. So, come out and support paranormal research, historical preservation and have a little Halloween season fun at the Wilson Castle ParaCon.
