What to expect:
- Meet-up at the trailhead prior to the hike. If you are running late, please communicate your ETA with the organizer.
- We will start off with some light, dynamic stretches led by one of the Yoga or Fitness instructors in the group
- We will begin a moderately-paced hike through the woods as a group.
- At some point we can take a longer break to refuel with water, snacks and do some mindful movement or meditation next to whatever view or body of water we are appreciating!
BYO:
- Water bottle
- Snacks or sack lunch
- Backpack/fanny pack
- Wear supportive shoes suitable for walking on an unpaved trail
*Optional:
- hammock or picnic blanket
- journal & writing utensil
- PLEASE< be sure to eat something or intake some sort of fuel before the hike and bring snacks along. We are going to be exerting energy, so please plan accordingly.
PARKING: $5 pay at the booth upon arrival
