Esme Miranda is a passionate entrepreneur and the founder of Squeaky Services, a trusted commercial and residential cleaning company proudly serving communities across Minnesota. With a strong commitment to excellence, integrity, and people-first values, Esme has grown Squeaky Services into a multi-location business known for its high standards, fast response times, and long-term client relationships.
Under Esme’s leadership, Squeaky Services has earned the trust of prominent clients such as Lakeview Clinics, Burnsville Medical Center, Ramsey County, the City of Cottage Grove, and Cretin-Derham Hall School and more. Esme is deeply committed to creating an uplifting environment both for her customers and employees—investing in professional development, providing welcoming office spaces, and ensuring every team member is valued and background-checked.
Driven by her mission to deliver reliable, honest service, Esme believes in building community through business. She’s proud to support local initiatives, collaborate with chambers of commerce, and mentor other small business owners—especially women and minorities—on their path to success.
