About this Event
Join Keith Brown, MPH, CHES®, Wellness Coordinator for Baptist Wellness Center Northside in this six-part series that will give you the tools to enhance your well-being. Road to Wellness focuses on stress management, physical activity, sleep, nutrition, and other ways to help exemplify your best self.

· The Road to Wellness workbook for use during class
· Six weekly one-hour group classes

Who can enroll in The Road to Wellness?
The Road to Wellness is designed for anyone interested in furthering their health and well-being. YMCA membership is not required for participation.
What happens during each weekly session?
You will be guided through seven chapters of The Road to Wellness workbook, which will discuss weekly topics. Classes will be filled with interactive activities and discussions to enhance your understanding.
What can I expect from this program?
The Road to Wellness is not a weight loss program but guides health behavior change to strengthen your wellness. The multi-dimensional approach offers a unique perspective to find a better balance in life.
There is no cost to attend, but donations are welcome.
