Road to Anvil E3 2022

I know we have just returned home but I'm already thinking about E3 arrangements!

I'm looking at running a coach from Manchester, near Piccadilly train station to site (via B'ham) on the Thursday Afternoon (around lunch time/just after) and back on the Sunday evening(I'm thinking 6:30pm?)

I'm happy to organise but I would need numbers soon and pennies soon after to make this happen.

If we have the numbers to book by 5th July I can go ahead and take payment and book the transport, If we make numbers before that I can organise it all sooner!! - If we don't manage the numbers I will have to abandon ship and we have 3 weeks to make other arrangements !

COACH/TICKET INFORMATION

Leaving Manchester Thursday July 28th at 12:30 - Leaving site Sunday 31st July at 18:30

Birmingham Thursday pickup at 15:00 - Sunday drop off 20:00

Counting numbers for other places along the way to see if we can stop and pickup/dropoff ...

Price per person for this is looking to be £55-£65 for a return for Manchester and £35-£45 for B'ham

Extra information

Manchester Location will be close to Manchester Piccadilly station, exact location yet to be decided although Store street and Chorlton street are strong contenders which are 5 min walk away from inside the station. Birmingham pickup/dropoff northgate ?

Frequent trains come into Piccadilly (and Victoria station which is very close by) from outer Manchester areas, Leeds, Huddersfield, Blackpool, Glasgow, Blackburn, Accrington, Rochdale etc

It is £5 cash per person extra on the gate for Thursday arrival camping, Although I am sure most of you are already aware!

This is player run and non profit, I'm just trying to find an easier/cheaper way to get to site and hopefully help some other players out too!

I've run coach trips before so I can plan this smoothly and get us to Anvil as stress-free as possible :)
