It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!We’re so excited for our RNIB Christmas Open Day on Tuesday, 3 December. Come along for a day of fun, or drop in when you can and browse some great gift ideas, have a cheeky nibble of a mince pie, and enjoy some of the craic!
We also have a number of great prizes up for grabs in our free raffle any visitors on the day will be entered into! From theatre tickets to braille lego, smellies to munchies, there's something for everyone (or at least everyone who gets randomly picked in the draw,haha!)
Rough outline of the day below.
*We'd particularly be grateful if you could let us know if you plan on coming over lunchtime, and/or for the craft session to make sure we have enough materials for everyone!
- 10am Doors open - Peruse our products and request any demos from our shop team. We can answer your product queries and help you with making those decisions about what products are best for your needs.
12pm – Christmas quiz in conference room
12.30 to 1.30pm – Christmas afternoon tea available
1pm to 1.30pm – live music from Joe’s Jinglers (a rag-tag group of RNIB staff and volunteers with @JoeKennyMusic)
2 to 3pm – Make Your Own Christmas craft, led by RNIB Community Access Worker Olive Rodgers (our crafty genius)
3pm - Raffle prize winners draw, to close
