We are pleased to be able to offer an opportunity to complete the RLSS NRASTC qualification.The course is suitable for all swimming teachers and coaches who need a lifesaving qualification to allow them to supervise their programmed sessions.
This 2-day course is open to anyone over the age of 16 on the date of assessment, who will be taking the course for the first time or whose qualification has expired.
Day 1 of the course will cover the theory via Zoom online
Day 2 of the course will run at our training venue in St Helens School, Northwood and cover the practical elements of the course and the assessment.
Course Pre-requisites:
- Minimum age 16 on the day of the assessment
- Swim 50m
- Surface dive to the deepest part of the pool (2m)
- Climb out of the pool without help or the use of steps or ladders
