Practice Yoga overlooking the Kennebunk River at the Nonantum Resort with Mindy Miller Muse ERYT500! Classes are open to the public and registered guests of the hotel.These All Levels-Gentle to Moderate Outdoor Yoga classes
offer an opportunity to practice mindfulness and postures surrounded by nature including the sights and sounds of the Kennebunk River!
Advanced sign up is encouraged (online sign up is available up to 30 minutes prior to class-see link below) and Nonantum guests may register through the hotel concierge/activities department.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays
830a-930a (No class with Mindy on July 3rd)
and a pop up Sunday June 22nd!

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat and props (large beach towels can be used and the hotel has mats for guests to use). You are also encouraged to come prepared for outdoor practice with sunglasses and layers for warmth.
Location: Nonantum Resort -95 Ocean Ave Kennebunkport, Maine (meet near the lighthouse). Parking is available on site.

Nonantum resort guests register with activities/concierge
Register online at mindymuseyoga.com (ticket link is in the fb event as well). Walk ups welcome-check online to be sure class is happening before coming!
12 hour cancellation policy for class credit, otherwise absence is nonrefundable.
Class is weather dependent and cancelled in the event of rain. Account credit will be issued if class is cancelled due to inclement weather.
