Join the Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) "Tommy Sleep Out" and Support Our VeteransThe RBLI "Tommy Sleep Out" is an incredible event designed to raise vital funds for affordable accommodation for veterans and to support homeless veterans in securing a stable roof over their heads. In addition to housing assistance, the RBLI also offers Lifeworks courses across the UK, helping veterans gain employment and rebuild their futures.

Date & Time: 14:00, 14 April - 12:00, 15 April
Location: Riverside Retreat Veterans Camp
Cost: FREE to participate (competitions have a small entry fee)
Accommodation: Bivvy up in a "Basha," tent, cardboard box—whatever suits you!
This event is open to veterans and civilians alike. It’s an opportunity to come together, raise awareness, and contribute to a great cause while experiencing a night under the stars in solidarity with our veteran community.
Evening Activities (14 April):
18:00: BBQ and NAAFI
War story swapping and socializing, "pull up a sandbag" style
Meet new friends and like-minded individuals
Morning Activities (15 April):
09:00: Competitive fun events, including:
CQBR Range with BB Rifles & Pistols
Accuracy shooting with Air Rifles (50m range)
Archery competition
Axe throwing competition
Entry Fee: Just £2 per competition (all proceeds donated to RBLI)
How to Get Involved:
If you want to participate as an individual, drop-in group, veterans' agency, or just a group of mates (4-5 people), we’d love to have you on board!
