Purpose: Provide a unique and safe collaborative networking space for learning, collaboration, and planning around effective governance practices
Outcomes:
- Understand a systems approach to addressing persistent achievement gaps for target student groups
- Share best governance practices through collaborative consultancy protocols
- Learn data-driven strategies to identify and support student needs
- Understand how to develop, implement, and monitor key policies, including BP 0415
- Learn from expert facilitators and guest presenters (practitioners and researchers.) Additional topics can inlcude emotional intellegence, ethnic studies, finanical literacy, and other leadership related frameworks based on the unique needs of the cohort)
