Welcome to the Riverside County Black Maternal Mental Health Workshop!

- This workshop is for people who are pregnant or planning to get pregnant.
- New parents or those who recently had a baby.
- Family members and those who serve as part of a support system.
- Mothers and fathers that have questions about what you’re feeling.
JOIN US! This will be an informative and supportive workshop focused on the mental health of Black mothers and fathers. Our expert speaker will cover topics such as postpartum depression, self-care strategies, and breaking the stigma around mental health in the Black community. This in-person event will provide a safe space for open discussions and connections. Don't miss out on this empowering workshop!
