About this Event
Riverbend Community Mental Health provides mental health services to 30 communities throughout Central New Hampshire. In conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Month, Riverbend is offering Mental Health First Aid training to select members of our community.

· Risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns.

· Where to turn for help.
Mental Health First Aid teaches about recovery and resiliency. For more information on Mental Health First Aid, visit this homepage from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
