Head to the Hartford HealthCare Community Stage at Mortensen Riverfront Plaza for RiverBarre, our free class taught by instructors from Hartford Sweat. Barre is a total-body-toning workout based on a combination of ballet movement, yoga alignment, and Pilates core work. You'll feel the burn with these low-impact bodyweight exercises that incorporate resistance bands, yoga stretching, and controlled breathing. Strengthen and sculpt your body and your mind! Bring water and a yoga mat, and wear sneakers.
Parking: Free parking for this event is available on-street on both sides of the river. Paid, convenient parking is available in the Connecticut Convention Center Garage - park on the fifth floor and use the exit on the north side of the garage, allowing direct access to the Convention Center, Connecticut Science Center, and Mortensen Riverfront Plaza.
