Event Description:
The River Run showcases the beauty of a southern-based trail with views of trees, wetlands, and native wildlife.
Course Description & Starting Point
The River Run utilises a 5km looped course along the Onkaparinga River Recreational Park which combines the extended Wetlands Loop Trail and the alternate route. The starting point occurs near the gate at the River Run Recreation Park gate 12. Events for distances of 5km or less will involve one loop; events for distances of 7.5km or more will involve multiple loops.
The starting point is just inside the gate (gate 12) of Onkaparinga River Recreation Park. Our marque and banners are visible from the car park.

There will be 1 aid station on the course, present at the start/finish line of each lap. The aid station will have water, sports drink, soft drink, snacks, lollies, and first aid.
