The Year of the Horse celebration kicks off with a traditional Platform Dragon Dance performance by Lee’s Golden Dragon, taking place in The Park. This dynamic performance honors Lunar New Year traditions through music, movement, and ceremonial artistry and is open to the public.
Saturday, February 21 from 2 PM – 5 PM
River Oaks District’s festivities continue with an afternoon of interactive programming including complimentary boba beverages, Lunar New Year–inspired cocktails from Azumi, a hands-on origami station, and festive photo activations throughout the District. Guests will also enjoy a High Pole (Jong) performance at 3:00 PM, showcasing traditional acrobatics and cultural storytelling.
