Restore native habitat, remove invasive plants, and help install signage at the River Mouth!Every First Friday we hold restoration events at the San Diego River Mouth. Help give back to a vibrant community of endangered plants, rare migratory and resident birds, and a variety of native habitats. Volunteers may help with invasive W**d removal, fence repair, interpretive sign installation, or trash cleanup to enhance fragmented habitat.
Come prepared in closed-toed shoes and bring a reusable water bottle. Sun protection and layers are always recommended. We will provide all of the tools, gloves, snacks and water. Just bring your self and a desire to give back to this important habitat!
