LIMITED LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

By participating in the River Market Pub Crawl (the "Event"), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for myself and any additional ticket recipients:

Voluntary Participation: I understand that participation in the Event is voluntary, and I assume full responsibility for my actions, safety, and well-being throughout the Event.

Acknowledgement of Risk: I recognize that the Event involves the consumption of alcohol, and I understand that alcohol consumption carries inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, and impairment of judgment.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless River Market Community Association, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates (the "Organizers") from any and all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Organizers from any liability for any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, whether caused by the negligence of the Organizers or otherwise.

Alcohol Consumption: I affirm that I am of legal drinking age in my jurisdiction and agree to drink responsibly during the Event. I acknowledge that the Organizers are not responsible for my consumption of alcohol or my behavior as a result of it.

Compliance with Laws: I agree to comply with all local laws, ordinances, and regulations, including but not limited to those regarding alcohol consumption, traffic laws, and public behavior.

Medical Treatment: I consent to receiving emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during the Event, and I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

Event Changes or Cancellations: The Organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Event at their discretion. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, I understand that some portion of my registration fee may not be refunded.

By registering, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of this Limited Liability Disclaimer, and I voluntarily agree to all conditions outlined above.
