About this Event
Thank you for signing up to participate in River Health. This event involves short trip on a university bus to collect data samples from the Monongahela River. If your plans have changed, please email us back as we anticipate a waitlist for this event.
This event is for rising 6-8th graders
- Please enter child's name for the participant and please provide your email and emergency phone number for the day of the event. If you have any other concerns, please contact Dr. Quigley at [email protected].
Day-Of Reminders
• 9AM Drop-off, 3PM Pick-up
• Drop off location at corner of Thackeray and Engineering Department Drive (follow signage and look for our volunteer)
• All technology is provided
• We will be boarding a university bus for a short data collection trip to the Monongahela River
What to Bring...
• Lunch
• Refillable water bottle
• Sunscreen/bug spray
• Comfortable shoes and clothes
Other Considerations
• Please inform us of any allergies or accommodations your camper might require.
• Your child will return home with a free GitHub link to their project. See links to other Open Fuego templates.
• No Rain Date. We will supplement learning activities.
