Join us at The Retreat New Forest for 4 transformative gatherings where women come together to connect, heal, and empower one another. We have a series of 4 events. NO: 1 - Finding Pleasure in Chaos.
We will be exploring Pleasure as Nourishment, where we find it, how to evoke and cultivate it & how to give and receive. Expect delicious practices to embody pleasure by nourishing the body with gentle somatic practice, indulgences for all your senses with aromas, our divine alter, oils, music and touch. Juliette will be guiding practices to evoke a sense of the sacred feminine into our daily life, inviting richness and divinity into the physical body.
All 4 circles will be a held space to allow for depths of vulnerability with self and other, fostering a deeper intimacy between our dear hearts. Her focus is your inner lovemaking, with your divinity - you as the beloved, and how to be a loving presence for your fellow sisters.
Juliette will be joined by Alice Francis from Breath & Bloom to assist in holding space and her offerings with breath and bodywork.
