Rituals to End the Year Consciously

As the year draws to a close, we have a unique opportunity to pause, reflect, and release. Across cultures, this season is recognized as a sacred time—a moment to let go of the past and invite in fresh energy for the coming year. On December 10th, we’ll gather in community to explore these traditions, connect with our inner light, and prepare ourselves for 2025.

Think of this gathering as the start of a journey toward the Winter Solstice—a gateway moment of endings and new beginnings. While the solstice marks the official rebirth of light, our evening together will serve as a powerful precursor, an intentional time to ground, recalibrate, and ignite our inner wisdom. We’ll draw on archetypes of the Great Mother and Sun Child, from Isis and Horus to Amaterasu and Sun Woman, to remind us of our own ability to bring light into the world.

Through meditation, ritual, and shared reflection, we’ll honor the blessings and lessons of 2024, releasing what no longer serves us and making space for what lies ahead. This evening will prepare our spirits and set the stage for a powerful new year.
