To welcome the new we must cleanse the old and make space. In this workshop we’ll cleanse our body mind energetic field and spirit as we cut energetic cords to anything that feels negative or stagnant through a gorgeous Ostara inspired ritual and activities which include:

-Create your own cleansing smudge sticks interactive workshop

-Sounds of Spring sound bath to unblock your chakras from root to crown and promote balance and alignment
