Location:
Class will take place on the Yoga Lawn, Floor 2 of the hotel. Follow signs for "The Lawn".

Sound Healing:
Sound healing is a positively charged reprogramming of the water molecules, cells, nervous system, synapses and entire electrical system of the body. We are human antennas. We are continuously reacting, responding and resonating with the sounds, vibration and information our biofield is receiving.
About Courtney Elliott:
Courtney Elliott is a profoundly talented practitioner in the field of trauma-informed somatic wellness, having studied the human body personally and professionally for more than twenty years. Courtney has a powerful ability to facilitate deeply transformative experiences in the human body, psyche and spirit. She brings a deeply grounding presence and connectivity through her group healing events.
