As requested we welcome again a special guest musician, sound healer, Chiho Kagawa.
Chiho miraculously healed herself from the terminal stage of cancer by channeling spontaneous movement and sound. Come immerse in her healing sound guide us into the field of infinity and eternity.

YUKI TANIGUCHI
Having a yogi grandfather, Yuki studied Yoga & Psychology in San Francisco.
After graduation, she taught yoga in Japan, and started learning Butoh dance at Kazuo Ohno dance studio.
Interest in Sound and Yoga led her to India to study Mantra chanting, Indian classical Dhrupad vocal, Sanskrit & Tantra. Later Indian martial dance Chhau, came into her life, and she started dancing Shiva Tandava.
Based in Brisbane since 2012, performed Butoh at numerous festivals including Woodford Folk Festival, Jungle Love Festival, Woman of the World Festival, Japan Festivals and more.
She runs Butoh & Yoga workshops in person in Brisbane and online to Japan, Europe and more.
CHIHO KAGAWA
Chiho is a qualified sound healer, she translates the energy of the group into an improvised piece suitable for that very moment on the Crystal Armonica, crystal bowls and her voice with other instruments.
Frequencies of healing that deliver results is the ultimate aim in her sound meditation experience.
People have experienced all types of healing by way of Chiho’s sound automatic movement resulting in trauma release which happens often when people’s pineal gland is stimulated by the Armonica and her voice.
She has been performing and offering sound healing and chanting / kirtan internationally at yoga studios, events, schools and festivals for over two decades.

Butoh is dance theatre art and way of life, originated in Japan after WWII and is now practiced worldwide. It is also called Dance of Darkness by its distinguishing attempts to explore the dark, unconscious, and hidden aspects of existence. Yet Butoh is not only dark, it embraces light and darkness of existence, the full spectrum of life. Emptying body and mind, let's become everything and nothing to remember the essence of who we are.
