A lecture-based demonstration on how ritual and art can coalesce into emotional healing and creative fulfillment.
Kevin Shinelikar Persaud is a local artist who has stayed true to his artistic expression. Vulnerability is strength. Creating abstract expressionist work he calls "double conscious jazz," he paves his path in Colorado Springs.
Kevin will guide this lecture to explain his creative process and the steps he takes to continue to create in a landscape that, at times feels stifling.
