Every participant will have the opportunity to operate the press (change the drum, adjust scanning settings, work with registration issues) to print a 2-color, 8.5” x 11” print from digital or analog files in an edition of 20. Claire Kiester (she/her) created PBP in 2018 while studying printmaking at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. As an artist, Claire’s practice is focused on the use of printing and fiber techniques as tools to investigate the systems within our society and the residue they leave behind.
