RisingSunAcroYoga: Intro to Acro Yoga ( Level 1)

Acro Yoga pairs Yoga & acrobatics . Teaching body awareness, trust, communication and more . Creating stunning partner and group poses and uniqe flows. In this 90 minute class you will warm up with dynamic movements & connection games .Then hit basic acro yoga poses which will turn into flows . ending with cool down stretching . No previous acro yoga skills necessary. We love teaching new people . No training partner ? No problem we all work together in groups of 3 or 4 . What should you bring? Bring a water bottle and good attitude.
