Every Wednesday from 7am-7:45 we’ll gather to stretch, breathe and build a little heat to prepare for the day’s activities.We’ll meet at 7am at Carnegie Park in the Benton Park neighborhood. Where is Carnegie Park you ask? It’s a quiet pocket park on the corner of Utah and Indian. Google map link below.
