Join IndyNAWIC as we celebrate Women in Construction (WIC) Week! This event will focus on how we can all rise together by unlocking our full potential. Carla will share valuable insights on making the most of your opportunities, harnessing your unique talents, and managing your time effectively to elevate your career and contribute to the growth of the industry.
Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to join a 15-20 minute tour of Poynter Sheet Metal, where you’ll gain a behind-the-scenes look at the vital work being done in the field. In addition, Poynter will offer an interactive experience with their welding simulator, giving participants the opportunity to try their hand at welding, either during or after the tour.
This event offers a great chance to network, gain inspiration, and see firsthand how innovation and collaboration drive success in the trades. We hope to see you there as we come together to rise!
