Join our 8 week in-person group for women. We'll provide a safe space to connect, grow, and support one another. We'll focus on self-empowerment, boundary setting, and wellness activities. This closed group has limited availability. Future group themes will be announced after this series.You will empower yourself and connect with others by:
• Discovering and practicing personal wellness strategies through meditation, creativity, and nature.
• Learning to heal past hurts and embrace self-compassion.
• Learning to set boundaries and silence negative self-talk.
• Building meaningful connections with other women for support and inspiration.
There are 2 group time options:
Tuesday morning from 11:00am to 12:30pm
Tuesday evening from 5:30pm to 7:00pm
Total Cost: $480 ($60/session)
