The UP Program teaches diverse learners filmmaking, acting, deejaying and voice. The mission of the UP Program is to provide a safe space for children and adults with disabilities to participate in performing and visual arts, and share their gifts and talents. The UP Awards will be a great platform to reach families, educators, and community partners who collaborate with C. Phoenix Tyler Rising Stars in striving to ensure that all children in Chicago have the opportunity to reach their full potential through the arts.
