10 Minutes of Guided Relaxation Meditation
35-40 Minute Guided Visualisation Meditation
10 Minutes of Grounding and Integration Meditation
Bring a hot drink for the end, if wanted. No rushing to leave, just connection and conversation.
What to Bring – Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as a mat, blanket, or crystals. As we may spend time outdoors depending on the weather, wear suitable clothing to stay warm. If the weather is poor, we’ll be indoors.
