Welcome to Rise to the Wild - Women’s Manifestation Retreat!There is something very powerful when women join together.
When we are in a safe and non-judgemental environment with others, we can start to drop the masks life has sometimes forced us to wear, we step out of the shadows and magical things start to happen!
Join us for a day of empowerment, connection, and rejuvenation in the heart of nature and feel this magic for yourself.
This retreat is designed for women looking to rediscover themselves, embrace their inner strength and wisdom whilst connecting with like-minded women.
The day will include:
- wild woman yoga
- journalling
- a mindful walk and creative life coaching workshop
- time to share (if you want to)
- yoga nidra (deep rest)
- nourishing food (plus cake)!
- time to just BE in the beautiful Woodland setting
We will be surrounded by bird song and beautiful trees, we will do yoga under the gorgeous stretch tent and you will have plenty of time to enjoy the space, including a snooze in one of the hammocks!
The theme for the day will be MANIFESTATION!
You will have time to look at the things you really want for yourself in your life right now and see if there are any blocks holding you back from living the life you really desire.
Immerse yourself in nature while reconnecting with what it truly means to be a Wild Woman.

10:00 AM - 10:30 AM
Arrive
Arrive, make a cuppa and have a little walk to explore the land and ground yourself in the space
10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Circle and Wild Woman Yoga
Head to the stretch tent to join together to create our circle for the day, do some grounding practices before being led through a Wild Woman Yoga practice.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM
Lunchtime
1:30 PM - 2:30PM
Life Coaching with Astrid
The amazing Astrid will then lead a life coaching session including a mindful walk and art therapy.
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Restful yoga, yoga nidra and closing
You will then head back to the stretch tent for restful yoga, time to share and the closing of our circle and retreat.
