Dyamen has been teaching yoga since 2019. He is 300hr certified in Vinyasa style flow.
He began to practice yoga after a motorcycle accident left him with fractures in his spine. After noticing the benefits in his recovery, physically and mentally he decided to become a instructor to share the benefits of this art.
Dyamen’s classes are known to focus on breath to movement, hip mobility and form.
