Throughout history, the repression of women and feminine energy has left deep imprints on our collective and personal consciousness. Many of us carry wounds, entanglements, and inherited patterns that keep us disconnected from the full expression of our inner feminine and our relationship with the masculine.This workshop is an invitation to explore, release, and heal these imprints—both personal and ancestral. Through the powerful method of Family Constellations, we will create space for the rise of the feminine, while also acknowledging, forgiving, and integrating the role of men, masculinity, and the patriarchal structures that have shaped us.
Join us in a sacred circle as we:
✨ Uncover and release ancestral burdens related to the repression of the feminine.
✨ Heal wounds of disempowerment and reclaim our inner wisdom, strength, and voice.
✨ Explore the role of the masculine and find a path toward forgiveness, balance, and integration.
✨ Engage in conscious movement to reconnect with our bodies and prepare for constellation work.
✨ Close with a nourishing sound bath to integrate the healing.
In this workshop, there will be space for individual constellations, where selected participants can work on their personal healing within the group field. In addition, everyone will have the opportunity to experience transformation through group exercises and as representatives in the constellation process.
The healing that takes place extends beyond the individual—bringing shifts to our families, communities, and future generations.
This gathering is open to all. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
Step into this journey of healing, empowerment, and harmony as we restore the balance between the feminine and masculine within ourselves and our lineage.
