Join me, Johanna Rose, Certified Yoga Instructor, on Saturday mornings for a fun, light uplifting yoga flow and sound healing experience.
Sessions are created with students of all skill levels in mind and with the belief that yoga is for Every Body!
We will practice at the west end of the park near the baseball fields. Free parking lot is also located here. This is a donation based class.
