
About this Event
A four day fall fitness camp to stay active, get stronger, and learn some life skills to help you grow and achieve your goals.
Dates: Every Satuday in October (4th, 11th, 18th, 25th) Noon - 3pm each day.
Each day we will do two hours of boxing and strength and conditioning.
Boxing, Exercise fundamentals, Agility drills, cardio, Strength, Mobility
The last hour will be split between sparring, and to Life Skills. We will have coaches and professionals speak to the following:
Goal setting / Journaling, Nutrition, Women in Sports, Motivational Speaker
