Give yourself the gift of wellness! Our 'Rise & Shine' yoga event is a donation-based celebration of morning mindfulness. Join us to energize the health and happiness of our community. We'll move and breathe together, with the beautiful view of the waterfront!
This will be a Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga class; all levels & abilities are encouraged & welcomed. Variations & modifications will be offered.
Donations will be collected on the day of the event. (cash/card options). Suggested donation $10-$20
