Rise & Shine is back! From 5th May 2024 at 9am join us every Sunday morning for some guided movement in nature.
We have some wonderful guest teachers planned this year and a range of classes from Hatha and Kundalini Yoga to mindful movement practices.
Where: Roman Point in Ferry meadows. Just follow the path past the visitor centre. We practice looking out over the tranquil Overton Lake.
Classes are suitable for beginners, no experience of Yoga is needed.
All classes are free to attend and no advance booking is required.
