✨ A nourishing, seasonal feast from Nutrition Coach Zoe Hirst intentionally prepared to nourish your rising energy. You'll also have access to speciality teas and coffee throughout the retreat.
✨ Goddess yoga & sacred movement session led by Claire Nutton The Disruptive Yogi. A flow session designed to embody feminine archetypes finishing with some beautiful breathwork to finish the day.
✨ A restorative somatic bodywork session with Annie from Embodied with Annie. You’ll be gently guided through activating your three energy centres, followed by breathwork designed to awaken fire, passion and vitality.
