Through yoga, sound healing, and Reiki energy work, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and glowing.

• Exchange: $125 per person, per event (includes brunch and tip for servers/bartenders)

Sink deeper into relaxation with guided meditation and Reiki healing. This powerful practice balances your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional energies, promoting deep relaxation and stress reduction as it allows your body to activate its self-healing abilities.

Experience the transformative power of sound as the healing vibrations of hanpan and singing bowls wash over you. In perfect harmony with the beach’s natural rhythms, this sound journey will leave you feeling balanced, soothed, and in tune with the flow of energy around you.

Indulge in a nourishing brunch prepared by Chef Craig Attwood of Five Ocean Restaurant, featuring:

• Fresh Fruit
• Egg White Veggie Frittata
• Beet and Carrot Tacos with Egg & Cheese
• Summer Veg Hash with Soft Eggs
• Pita with Whipped Feta
• Signature Mocktail or Cocktail (Carrot & Grapefruit Paloma or Green Juice & Tequila)
