Let’s start our day with a grounding yoga and meditation practice to get our bodies moving and ourselves settled for the day ahead. Whether you are new to yoga or meditation or have regular practices, everyone is welcome in this community practice. Classes will consist of 30-40 minutes of yoga practice and 10-15 minutes of meditation.

What you will need: An open mind and heart; yoga mat; blanket (or beach towel); yoga strap (or belt), and a yoga block for support. The yoga strap and block are wonderful, if you have them, but don’t worry, if you don’t.
