Dancing, socialising, networking, massages, food, drink, oracle card readings, live performances, meditations, sacred ceremonies and a whole lot of magic.
THE RUNNINGS -
CHAPTER 1 - THE ARRIVAL
6pm - 7pm
Low level funky, chilled music, like-a-bar vibe as people arrive, connect and chat and the energy starts to build. We highly recommend sipping on a "cosmic cacao" smoothie, or a "matcha blaster"...... or 2, in prep for the meditation show and live performances.
CHAPTER 2 - THE MEDITATION SHOW WITH LIVE PERFORMANCES
7pm - 8pm
Magical live performances, live DJ, guided meditation, sound healing, breathing, brain reprogramming, community affirmations, gratitude healing spell, prayer, special guests and some surprises all combine to create a self empowering, immersive, pre party meditation show. Using the connected community energy to create a powerful healing gratitude energy to immersive ourselves and each other in, whilst we envision a brighter future, TOGETHER.
CHAPTER 3 - THE SOBER PARTY
8pm - 11pm
The peak energetic chapter and main section of Rise and Shine experience. Banging tunes from an array of DJS, on an epic sound system and a jumping dancefloor. Dance if you want to dance. Healthy drinks served on the bar, including the super popular "Cosmic Cacao" and of course chilled coconuts. Sections to chill and chat, plant based finger food on the bar, massage stations, oracle card readings, healing stations and some surprises as always!
CHAPTER 4 - THE CLOSING MAGIC
11pm - 11.30pm
Closing Rise and Shine, we Come together and work with community magic. Focusing on our own lives and what we want to let go off, then what we want to bring in, within the upcoming week, month and even lives. Getting clear on our vision of our lives. Together. All with chilled low level live music.
