THE RUNNINGS -
CHAPTER 1 - THE ARRIVAL
5pm - 6pm
Low level funky, chilled music, like-a-bar vibe as people arrive, connect and chat and the energy starts to build. We highly recommend sipping on a "cosmic cacao" smoothie, or a "matcha blaster"...... or 2, in prep for the pre party meditation show and live performances.
CHAPTER 2 - THE MEDITATION SHOW WITH LIVE PERFORMANCES
6pm - 7pm
Magical live performances, live DJ, guided meditation, sound healing, simple deep breathing, brain reprogramming, bio hacking, community affirmations, gratitude healing spells, special guests and some surprises all combine to create a self empowering, magical and immersive meditation show. Using the connected community to co-create a powerful healing gratitude energy to immerse ourselves and each other in, whilst we envision a brighter future, TOGETHER, all in an entertaining way whilst you are seated, just like a theatre.
CHAPTER 3 - THE SOBER PARTY
7pm - 10pm
The peak energetic chapter and main section of The RISE and SHINE Experience. Banging house tunes from an array of DJS, on an epic sound system, a cosmic lighting system and a jumping dance floor. Dance if you want to dance.Healthy drinks served on the bar, including the super popular "Cosmic Cacao" and JARR Kombucha. Sections to chill, chat, socialise and network. Plus nutritious, super tasty, plant based Afro Caribbean food stall by Soul Tasty, massage stations, reiki healing, oracle card readings, magic healing stations and some surprises as always!
RESIDENT DJs on rotation - Anth Lowther, Krystal Roxx, Hugo Woddis, Parris Taylor, Lloyd Nwagboso, Chris Fountain & Shane.
CHAPTER 4 - THE CLOSING MAGIC
10pm - 10.30pm
Closing RISE and SHINE, we come together and using the heightened super charged energy to again co create community magic. A sound journey, beautiful soundscape created by the team, where we encourage on focusing on our own individual lives AND our collective shared reality, what we want to let go of, then that which we want to bring in, within the upcoming week, month and even in our entire lives. Getting clear on our vision of our individual and collective reality upon leaving RISE and SHINE Magic and back into your life.
The 4 chapters of The RISE and SHINE Experience are all connected seamlessly together to create an immersive and moving experience, with different energetic and emotional experiences.
RISE and SHINE is for sober people and non sober people alike. We do have a positive impact on people's mental AND physical health.
Our intention is to empower people, to offer an important healthier social alternative, to create conscious community and raise people's spirits in these times,
