About this Event
We have some amazing Universities here in the North East, with world leading expertise in all areas of design, manufacturing, technology and more.
But it's probably fair to say that this expertise is not always easily accessible; and it should be, because it could be just what you need to help take your business forward.
So we've brought together businesses that have collaborated with the Universities, to talk us through their projects, the impact it has made, and how they found the process.
And we'll have a team on hand to show you not only how to find those experts, facilities or equipment, but the funding that's available to make it happen.
Rise and Design lasts for approximately three hours, and includes networking before and after speakers. There is a chance to pitch at the end of the speakers' presentations. We encourage all delegates to stay after presentations for networking - it is one of the most valuable parts of Rise and Design.
