🌎 Rise Against Hunger Meal-Packing Event at St. John’s 🌎📅 Saturday, November 15 📅

Join us for one of the most joyful mornings of the year as we sing, dance, and serve together to help fight hunger around the world!
💪 What We’ll Do 💪
We’ll spend the morning filling Rise Against Hunger meal bags - each packed with ingredients that can feed a person for several days. These meals are distributed both across the U.S. and internationally to communities in need.
Our goal: Package over 10,000 meals in less than four hours!
It’s fun, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding. (Check out photos from past events on our website!)
👨👩👧 Who Can Participate 👨👩👧
Everyone is welcome - preschoolers through senior citizens!
We’ll be joined by:
St. John’s members and friends
Neighbors from North Versailles and East Pittsburgh
Partner groups like St. Afterschool, AARP, and others who use our church
💵 Cost & Donations 💵
There’s no fee to participate.
However, the ingredients cost about $4,000.
You are able to donate directly using the St. John's website, bringing a donation on the day of the event, or mailing a check to the Church.
